The mission of the AIDS Center of Queens County is to enhance the quality of life for individuals and their families infected, affected and at risk for HIV/AIDS and other related conditions. They do this by providing comprehensive services in a non-judgmental, safe and supportive environment. They offer services in the following areas: Case Management, Housing, Legal, Preventive Education, Mental Health, Harm Reduction and a Syringe Exchange program.
ASC strives to offer the most comprehensive range of programs and services possible to meet the many needs of the thousands of New Yorkers we serve each year. From individualized case management services, to support groups, to treatment education trainings, to mental health services, to providing basic needs such as food and clothing, ASC realizes their mission of helping many, one by one.
God's Love We Deliver's mission is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition. They prepare and deliver nutritious, high-quality meals to people who, because of their illness, are unable to provide or prepare meals for themselves. They also provide illness-specific nutrition education and counseling to our clients, families, care providers and other service organizations.

The Latino Commission on AIDS is a nonprofit membership organization dedicated to fighting the spread of HIV/AIDS in the Latino community. The Commission's public health model encompasses four core and complementary services provided to Latino communities: health education, HIV prevention, capacity building, and advocacy. All services are offered in Spanish by a culturally diverse bilingual staff of health, education and business professionals.

HAF's mission is to improve health outcomes for Latinos in New York City who are affected by HIV and other chronic illnesses. They offer free HIV testing; emotional support counseling and support groups for Gay and Bisexual Latino men; services for HIV positive Latinos, such as help managing your medical care and treatment, financial assistance with rent payments, plus health education and wellness services; Latino youth leadership training; and services for transgender women.
